Meet Kim | Office Administrator Assistant
The opportunity to help people in a meaningful way is what attracted Kim to dentistry. She enjoys working with patients to plan dental treatments, process insurance claims and work out any insurance or billing issues that may come up. Kim has been in the dental field for about 20 years and loves connecting with patients and passing along her knowledge. She believes that you should “Do unto others as you want to be done unto you” and treats her patients with this mindset.
Kim truly loves what she does, especially helping patients get the dental care they need. She enjoys learning new things and sharing what she learns with her patients. Kim truly wants to make things easier for her patients. She once had a patient upset regarding an account balance. Kim reviewed the account, going back and forth with the insurance company. It brought her great joy to tell the patient that the insurance would pay the balance.
Kim grew up in northern Virginia and moved to the Fredericksburg area in 2017. She is a mother of two amazing young men, and outside of the office, Kim enjoys the beach, cooking, baseball and shopping. She loves the many rewards of working in the dental field.

Meet Sandi| Certified Dental Assistant
Sandi’s mom actually picked her job field for her. Sandi was working two jobs with long commutes and raising two daughters on her own, she needed a change for her soul. Sandi’s mom heard about a practice that needed a dental assistant. Not only did the job give her more time with her family, but she also found a new family in the dental team. Sandi says, “Dental Team means Dream team !!! They are always there for each other. Being part of a dental team is like family!”
Giving patients a healthy, confident and beautiful smile they have always dreamed of is Sandi’s favorite part of the job. She enjoys being able to take someone from hiding their teeth with their hand to lifting their chin and looking you in the eyes. Creating a confident, beautiful smile fills Sandi’s heart with pure joy because someone who smiles is someone who believes in themselves. That’s what makes Sandi’s job amazing.
Sandi wants her patients to know that she will always treat them like she wants to be treated. With her own fear of shots, Sandi is very empathetic when it comes time for the anesthetic. Since she can feel the anxiety coming from her patients, Sandi helps with breathing techniques to calm their nerves. She cares about her patients and their fears.
Born in Napa, California, Sandi lived in Missouri for ten years before moving back to California as a teenager. She finds the King George area breathtaking and a great place for the soul. Just an hour’s drive can change the scenery and the city life is only thirty minutes away. Sandi also likes all of the friendly people and that everyone here still finds being a neighbor is important.
Sandi is a wife, sister and aunt, and a mother of three beautiful daughters. Plus, she has beautiful grandchildren that she loves spending time with. Sandi feels so blessed to have such a wonderful family near and far. She loves spending time outdoors boating, hiking, snow skiing, horseback riding, scuba diving and riding her bike. Briley
Dental Assistant
Meet Briley | Dental Assistant
It took Briley a while to figure out her path, but she knew she wanted to be in the medical field, a part of a team, hands-on and busy every day. Briley always liked going to the dentist, even if it was only for her six-month cleanings. She honestly found it relaxing. Briley needed a profession that kept her on her toes, and dentistry checked all the boxes. After delivering her very first three-unit bridge, Briley’s patient cried happy tears because she loved the way it looked and was so happy with the final look. Briley especially helps to assist with root canals, extractions and crowns.
Briley likes to smile, so she loves giving her patients the confidence and a reason to smile! She believes, “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.” She’s available for her patients any way she is needed. It breaks Briley’s heart when she hears a patient say they’re scared of the dentist because of a bad experience at the dentist’s office earlier in life. She wants her patients to be comfortable and calm when sitting in her chair. Briley wants to see smiles whether they’re coming into the office or leaving!
Briley grew up in a very small town in the northwest corner of Ohio. The area she grew up in was surrounded by corn and bean fields, so she finds it amazing how tall and thick the trees are in the King George area are. She loves all the trees, but being so close to the water is a plus.
Married to a US Marine, Briley has a 1-year-old red Goldendoodle named Rusty, who is pretty close to a child. Outside of the office, Briley enjoys cooking, watching movies, sewing and creating. She likes road trips, traveling and trying new restaurants. Briley also enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She also has the biggest sweet tooth at Dahlgren Dental.
