The Invisalign® Treatment Process

The Invisalign® process starts with a scan of your mouth. We create fast, precise 3D digital images of your teeth and map out a precise treatment plan, including the exact movements of your teeth and how long your treatment will be. The Invisalign® clear aligners will be custom-made for you. Once delivered, you will wear your Invisalign® clear aligners 20 to 22 hours a day, taking them out only to eat, brush, and floss.


You will wear each set of aligners for a week or two, changing them as directed by your dentist at our dental clinic in King George, VA. With each new set of aligners, your teeth will slowly shift into place. The dentist will monitor your progress at scheduled checkups about every six weeks. When your treatment is complete, we will provide custom-made clear aligners using the same state-of-the-art technology as Invisalign® clear aligners.
